DIATOMACEOUS EARTH. Also known as diatomite, is a naturally occurring mineral that is used in many cosmetic products. It is mainly composed of the shells of fossilized diatoms, which are water-dwelling microorganisms. In cosmetics, diatomaceous earth is used for its absorbent properties to remove excess oil and impurities from the skin. It can also be used as a gentle exfoliant to remove dead skin cells and smooth the skin.

ALGIN. This functional ingredient is the result of the symbiosis of brown algae with microorganisms. Sebum production is regulated, re-epithelization can be stimulated. Especially recommended for skin that tends to be oily.

CALCIUM SULFATE. Calcium sulfate binds water in high concentrations. Within the product it has a stabilizing effect.

MARIS LIMUS EXTRACT (SEA SILT EXTRACT). Is an ingredient obtained from deposits of mud and sediment in the sea. It contains a variety of minerals and trace elements that can be beneficial for the health of the skin. In cosmetics, it is often used in facial masks, body scrubs, and cleansers to cleanse, revitalize, and nourish the skin.

TETRASODIUM PYROPHOSPHATE. Sodium diphosphate is used to regulate the pH-value of the product.

CI 77288 (Chromium Oxide Greens). Vegetable neutral oil from coconut oil and glycerine with refatting, moisturizing and smoothing properties. Clear, odorless and non-greasy.

SEA SALT. Inorganic salts from sea water. Mixture of different soluble minerals, e.g. as a basis for bath salts. The contained minerals and trace elements contribute to a healthy skin metabolism. The skin's moisture binding capacity is strengthened and the skin appears firm.

CI 77499 (Iron Oxides). Is a black colorant used in the cosmetic industry to give products a black color. It is an inorganic colorant derived from iron oxide.

LEMON (ESSENTIAL OIL). Essential oil from the lemon peel. Known for its refreshing and purifying power.

LIMONENE. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. Limonene is a fresh, citrus-like scent that is contained in many plants such as rosemary, lavender, lemon grass, peppermint and eucalyptus. The molecule is also the main component of the peel oil of citrus fruits.

SILICON DIOXIDE. "Silica" is the English name for silicon dioxide, a compound that occurs naturally in quartz and in several living organisms. In the form of small microbeads, silica influences the scattering of light on the skin, reducing contrast and making the skin appear even. This is known as the soft focus effect, skin irregularities such as veins, spots, pigmentation and fine lines are concealed and appear less distinct.

TEA TREE (ESSENTIAL OIL). Like lavender is valued in France as a panacea, tea tree oil is the all-rounder for the Australians. Originally the plant was mainly used to prepare tea, hence the name tea tree. The essential oil is appreciated for skin with a tendency to acne. The antibacterial effect has been confirmed in studies and it is also skin-caring.

FRAGRANCE . This flavouring ensures a neutral smell of the product.
