Firming Enzyme Body Peel

WATER. Water positively supports the moisture content of the skin and is used to dissolve vegetable ingredients. The quality of the water is regularly checked for physical and microbiological values.

GYLCERINE (SUGAR ALCOHOL). Glycerin occurs in nature as a component of fats (triglycerides = glycerin with 3 fatty acids). It is a natural component of our Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) of the skin and is present as part of the storage fat in plants. Glycerin binds water and can thus promote the skin's moisture. A well moisturized skin ages more slowly and is better protected against environmental influences.

PAPAYA EXTRACT (FRUIT). Extract of the up to 8 meter high melon tree. Has a keratolytic toning effect and smoothes small wrinkles. The gentle enzymes from the papaya (papain) have excellent peeling properties: by splitting binding proteins (= proteolysis) and the resulting desquamation of the skin, the skin's appearance is clarified and pores appear refined.

ERYTHRITOL (SUGAR ALCOHOL). Is obtained from the reduction of sugar and binds moisture in the skin.

CONEFLOWER . Extract of the echinacea. Has a toning, calming and skin-caring effect. It can also activate the skin's own protective functions and has a light tightening effect.

PINEAPPLE . Pineapple fruit extract, which contains moisturizing and soothing fructose and amino acids as well as easily exfoliating fruit acids. Ideal for keratolytic peelings. Rich in enzymes and vitamin C, it deacidifies the body, has a soothing effect and frees it from harmful radicals.

HORSE CHESTNUT (bark). Extract from the horse chestnut. Contains the functional ingredient Escin, which helps to maintain a healthy blood circulation and strengthens the capillaries and veins. Also has anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties and can reduce swelling.

CARRAGEEN MOSS (RED ALGA). Extract of red algae with film-forming, skin smoothing and moisturizing properties. Reduces measurably the transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and is therefore hydrating.

GUARANA. This South American plant is highly valued in traditional Amazonian folk medicine. It is rich in caffeine, antioxidants and minerals, which are recommended to reduce cellulite. The skin appears firm and smooth.

GRAPE (FRUIT). In addition to vitamins and phenols, this grape extract contains the so-called AHA (alpha hydroxy acids), which have a gentle exfoliating effect. The skin regeneration is stimulated and it appears youthful and healthy.

SODIUM LEVULINATE. Levulinic acid from sugar cane and vegetable oils has an antimicrobial effect and blocks the growth of bacteria in the product.

COCOYL PROLINE (SURFACTANT). A combination of coconut fatty acids and the amino acid proline. Has skin and hair caring properties. Mild surfactant with good foam formation.

SODIUM DEHYDROACETATE. Preservative of synthetic origin that helps to prolong the shelf life of products by inhibiting the growth of bacteria within the product.

SODIUM ANISATE. The sodium salt of anise acid is a natural raw material with preservative properties for the product.

GLUCOSE (SUGAR). Plant-based substance with water-binding properties. Helps to keep the skin beautiful and hydrated.

LACTIC ACID. Lactic acid - natural component of the skin's Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF), is extremely moisturizing, and strengthens the skin's metabolism and natural acid mantle. In high concentrations, lactic acid has an exfoliating effect, dissolving cornifications and removing flaky skin.

FRAGRANCE NATURAL ORIGIN. Not all cosmetic ingredients have a pleasant scent by nature, even if they are wonderful for the skin in their function. For this reason, we use scents of natural origin to create a great experience for your nose as well.

MALTODEXTRIN. Carbohydrate from corn, rice or potato starch, which helps to keep the skin mat, stabilize emulsions and keep the product together.

GERANIOL. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. Geraniol smells gently of rose and is present in roses, lemon and many other essential oils.

LINALOOL. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. The fragrance is flowery-fresh and occurs in many spice plants, such as nutmeg, thyme and many more.

LIMONENE. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. Limonene is a fresh, citrus-like scent that is contained in many plants such as rosemary, lavender, lemon grass, peppermint and eucalyptus. The molecule is also the main component of the peel oil of citrus fruits.

CITRONELLOL. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. It has a flowery scent and occurs, among others, in the essential oils of rose and lemongrass.
