Natural Care Hand Cleansing Gel

WATER. Water positively supports the moisture content of the skin and is used to dissolve vegetable ingredients. The quality of the water is regularly checked for physical and microbiological values.

GYLCERINE (SUGAR ALCOHOL). Glycerin occurs in nature as a component of fats (triglycerides = glycerin with 3 fatty acids). It is a natural component of our Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) of the skin and is present as part of the storage fat in plants. Glycerin binds water and can thus promote the skin's moisture. A well moisturized skin ages more slowly and is better protected against environmental influences.

HYDROXYPROPYL METHYLCELLULOSE. Is a synthetic thickener derived from cellulose. It is commonly used in cosmetics to increase the viscosity of the formulation and ensure even distribution of the ingredients.

LEMON (ESSENTIAL OIL). Essential oil from the lemon peel. Known for its refreshing and purifying power.

THYME (ESSENTIAL OIL). Up to 45 cm high shrub plant, which grows in Central Europe, Southern Europe, Asia Minor, USA and in China. Beside the popular use in the Mediterranean kitchen, thyme is also appreciated as an anti-infectious essential oil.

DECYLGLUCOSIDE (SURFACTANT). Detergent of plant origin with high foaming power. It is extremely mild to the skin and easily biodegradable.

LIMONENE. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. Limonene is a fresh, citrus-like scent that is contained in many plants such as rosemary, lavender, lemon grass, peppermint and eucalyptus. The molecule is also the main component of the peel oil of citrus fruits.

CITRAL. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. Smells like lemon and occurs in citrus fruits and basil.
