How to use

This pure vegetable oil can be used as a base oil for all massages, especially for all ayurvedic treatments. For classic partial and whole body massage, we use about 10-30ml massage oil, heat it as desired, apply it to the body and massage. Due to the skin care properties, the oil can be left on the body after the treatment. In order to respond to the different needs of the customers, the vegetable oil can be refined with our active synergies and oily extracts. The following are the recipes:
- Relaxation massage: 10-30ml sesame oil / 6-12 drops Active Synergy RELAXING
- Activating massage: 10-30ml sesame oil / 6-12 drops Active Synergy ACTIVATING
- Ayurvedic massage: 30-50ml Sesame oil / depending on constitution: 6-12 drops Active Synergy VATA - PITTA - KAPHA - TRIDOSHA
- Forehead - Sirodhara: 300-750ml sesame oil
- Lomi-Lomi massage: 50-150ml sesame oil
