Botanical Freshness Deodorant

BUTYLENE GLYCOL. Butylene Glycol is a moisturizing ingredient that can help keep the skin soft and smooth. It may enhance the absorption of other active ingredients and can improve the texture and feel of the product without making the skin greasy. It also helps stabilize the formula and makes deodorants easier to spread.

PROPANEDIOL. Propanediol is extracted from corn sugar and has moisturizing, conditioning and preserving properties.

GYLCERINE (SUGAR ALCOHOL). Glycerin occurs in nature as a component of fats (triglycerides = glycerin with 3 fatty acids). It is a natural component of our Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) of the skin and is present as part of the storage fat in plants. Glycerin binds water and can thus promote the skin's moisture. A well moisturized skin ages more slowly and is better protected against environmental influences.

WATER. Water positively supports the moisture content of the skin and is used to dissolve vegetable ingredients. The quality of the water is regularly checked for physical and microbiological values.

SODIUM STEARATE. Sodium Stearate is a salt of stearic acid and is commonly used as a gelling agent in deodorants. It can help create a solid or creamy texture and may contribute to the stability of the formula. It may also have a mild conditioning effect on the skin.

POLIGLYCERYL-4 CAPRATE. Is an ingredient used in cosmetics and skincare products that acts as a surfactant and emulsifier. It is a mixture of esters of multiple glyceryl molecules and caprylic acid that can be derived from coconut oil. Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate can help water and oil mix in a product, resulting in a better texture and consistency. It is often used in natural cosmetics because it is considered particularly gentle on the skin.

POLYGLYCERYL-6 CAPRYLATE (EMULSIFIER). Ester hexaglycerol and caprylic acid with emulsifying properties. Keeps the product physically stable due to purely vegetable ingredients.

XYLITYL SESQUICAPRYLATE. Xylityl Sesquicaprylate is a multifunctional ingredient derived from sugars. It may have antimicrobial properties, helping to reduce odor-causing bacteria on the skin. At the same time, it can support skin care by providing moisturizing benefits.

BEARD LICHEN. Symbiotic organism consisting of a fungus and green algae or cyanobacteria (blue-green algae); the algae supply the community with sugars produced by photosynthesis, while the fungus provides protection and moisture. Together they develop specialized ingredients, the usnic acids, which have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. The perfect example of synergistic systems, where the result is more than the sum of its parts.

BAKING SODA. Sodium Bicarbonate, also known as baking soda, is an ingredient that can help neutralize odors. In deodorants, it is used to reduce acid-based odors on the skin. It may also support the skin’s natural pH balance.

PEPPERMINT (ESSENTIAL OIL). Peppermint essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of freshly harvested, flowering branches. Its main constituent is menthol. It is traditionally used as an inhaler for colds and coughs. Similar to field mint, it can promote epithelialization. In traditional folk medicine, the essential oil is recommended for headaches and smooth muscle tension.

FRAGRANCE NATURAL ORIGIN. Not all cosmetic ingredients have a pleasant scent by nature, even if they are wonderful for the skin in their function. For this reason, we use scents of natural origin to create a great experience for your nose as well.

EUCALYPTUS (ESSENTIAL OIL). Essential oil of the eucalyptus tree. It is traditionally used to treat coughs, as it has antibacterial and expectorant properties.

LAVENDER OIL. Lavender oil or extract is derived from the flowers of the lavender plant and may have a calming effect on the skin. It can offer antimicrobial properties that help reduce odor-causing bacteria. It also provides a pleasant, natural fragrance to the product.

LINALYL ACETATE. It is commonly used as a fragrance in cosmetics. It is an ester derived from the combination of linalool and acetic acid. Linalool is a widely used fragrance in essential oils and is commonly extracted from lavender, citrus fruits and other plants. Linalyl acetate has a floral, sweet and slightly fruity scent and is commonly used in perfumes, soaps, lotions and other skincare products.

Limonene is a fresh, citrus-like scent that is contained in many plants such as rosemary, lavender, lemon grass, peppermint and eucalyptus.
