Erb. Dipl. Dr. Joseph Franz is the founder of the South Tyrolean family business TEAM DR JOSEPH. After completing his studies in economics at the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck and earning his doctorate in Economia Aziendale at the University of Venice, he graduated in 1986 as a certified herbalist at the pharmacological university of Urbino.

For more than three decades, he has dedicated himself to research in the fields of phytotherapy and Aromatology®, establishing himself as a pioneer of hightech natural cosmetics. In addition to teaching, lecturing, and consulting in the international spa and beauty industry, he has been instrumental in shaping the development of innovative product concepts. His refined sense of scent and balance gives the TEAM DR JOSEPH formulations their distinctive olfactory signature and highlights the brand’s commitment to harmoniously combining naturalness, effectiveness, and exclusivity.
