The loyalty programme was launched on 05/12/2024. Points will not be awarded retrospectively for registrations or orders placed before this date. However, from this date you will earn points for all future orders. Guest orders do not earn points.
Points are automatically activated once your order has been paid for and dispatched.
Unfortunately, we cannot credit loyalty points for guest orders. When you create an account, you will also receive 350 points as a starting balance.
In your account under the menu item: Loyalty Points.
Points are valid for 1 year from the date of order.
In this case, the points will also be cancelled from your points account.
