What many see as a trend has always been part of our DNA. As a family business with over 35 years of experience, we approach natural cosmetics holistically — ecologically, ethically, and transparently.

Our founder, Erb. Dipl. Dr. Joseph Franz, never saw sustainability as a marketing promise but as a guiding principle for action. Since then, it has shaped every step we take — from research to shipping.

From the initial idea to the finished product: all of our development and production takes place in Italy. In our in-house laboratory, we create formulations that combine botanical expertise with high-tech innovation, produced with care for resources and the environment. Our commitment to sustainability extends to the digital world as well – our website is hosted in Europe and powered entirely by renewable hydroelectric energy.

For our holistic commitment, we have been awarded the South Tyrol Sustainability Label – Level 3, the highest level of certification.

Every detail of our packaging is designed to be functional, aesthetically minimal, and fully recyclable. Any plastic we cannot avoid is offset: for every gram of plastic used, we recover and recycle one gram from nature and the oceans.

Transparent Compensation

We reduce our emissions along the entire value chain and offset what cannot be avoided: for every online order, we compensate 50 kg of CO² – equivalent to the annual absorption capacity of about 2–3 trees. In doing so, we support certified climate protection projects that deliver real and measurable environmental benefits.
