WATER. Water positively supports the moisture content of the skin and is used to dissolve vegetable ingredients. The quality of the water is regularly checked for physical and microbiological values.

HAMAMELIS / WITCH HAZEL. Herbal functional ingredient of witch hazel, which conjures up a beautiful and healthy skin texture. The extract has a wound healing, soothing and antioxidant effect. Proanthocyanidins promote cell division of the keratinocytes and keep the skin hydrated. Contained tanning agents can reduce the blood flow in the capillaries and therefore reduce inflammatory skin reactions.

MELISSA OFFICINALIS (BALM MINT). Melissa Officinalis (Balm Mint) Flower/Leaf/Stem Water is a cosmetic water obtained from the flowers, leaves, and stems of the Balm Mint plant. This plant, also known as Lemon Balm, is known for its soothing and refreshing properties. The water is often used in skincare products to calm and refresh the skin.

CAMELLIA SINENSIS. Is derived from the leaves of the tea plant. It is rich in antioxidants and also contains caffeine as well as other health-promoting compounds such as theanine and polyphenols. In the cosmetic industry, Camellia Sinensis is often used as an ingredient in skin care products because it has soothing, anti-inflammatory, and moisturizing properties. Camellia Sinensis can also be used in hair care products to strengthen the hair and improve hair health.

ALOE VERA. Miracle plant Aloe Vera. Has a cooling, calming, moisturizing effect, supports the skin's self-healing powers and its high antioxidant content protects against free radicals.

GYLCERINE (SUGAR ALCOHOL). Glycerin occurs in nature as a component of fats (triglycerides = glycerin with 3 fatty acids). It is a natural component of our Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) of the skin and is present as part of the storage fat in plants. Glycerin binds water and can thus promote the skin's moisture. A well moisturized skin ages more slowly and is better protected against environmental influences.

POLIGLYCERYL-4 CAPRATE. Is an ingredient used in cosmetics and skincare products that acts as a surfactant and emulsifier. It is a mixture of esters of multiple glyceryl molecules and caprylic acid that can be derived from coconut oil. Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate can help water and oil mix in a product, resulting in a better texture and consistency. It is often used in natural cosmetics because it is considered particularly gentle on the skin.

POLYGLYCERYL-6 CAPRYLATE (EMULSIFIER). Ester hexaglycerol and caprylic acid with emulsifying properties. Keeps the product physically stable due to purely vegetable ingredients.

PAPAYA EXTRACT (FRUIT). Extract of the up to 8 meter high melon tree. Has a keratolytic toning effect and smoothes small wrinkles. The gentle enzymes from the papaya (papain) have excellent peeling properties: by splitting binding proteins (= proteolysis) and the resulting desquamation of the skin, the skin's appearance is clarified and pores appear refined.

GRAPE (FRUIT). In addition to vitamins and phenols, this grape extract contains the so-called AHA (alpha hydroxy acids), which have a gentle exfoliating effect. The skin regeneration is stimulated and it appears youthful and healthy.

FRANKINCENSE. Extract from the dried, ground gum of the incense tree; a small tree or shrub with pinnate leaves and white or pale pink blossoms. Has astringent and cleansing effects, soothes and relieves the skin. The boswellia acids contained, can have a strengthening and toning effect on the skin.

GINGER (ESSENTIAL OIL). The essential oil, which is extracted from the rhizome of the ginger plant, refreshes tired legs. In aromatherapy it is appreciated for its detoxifying properties.

CARROT EXTRACT. Functional ingredient with antioxidant, refatting and soothing properties. Due to its high beta-carotene content, the carrot has a firming and cell-protecting effect and is often found in care products for demanding skin. Age prevention.

APPLE EXTRACT. Extract from the apple fruit. Rich in proteins, starch, acids, vitamins and salts. Contained antioxidants protect against free radicals, vitamin C is important for cell regeneration. Polysaccharides support a well moisturized and healthy skin.

PRICKLY PEAR (STEM). Extract from the leaves (trunks) of the prickly pear cultivated in Sicily. The gel contained within has been traditionally used on the skin as an anti-redness, moisturizing and wound healing agent. Scientific studies have shown that these effects are due to certain polysaccharides in the gel, which have shown a very similar effect to hyaluronic acid.

WILLOWHERB. Willowherb extract, which regulates sebum production and has a soothing effect. Brings the skin back into its natural balance and improves the skin's appearance.

VINE LEAF. An up to 10 m high climbing shrub that grows in temperate and subtropical climates. The vine leaf contains Reservatrol and OPCs, which have a strong antioxidant effect.

ALGIN. This functional ingredient is the result of the symbiosis of brown algae with microorganisms. Sebum production is regulated, re-epithelization can be stimulated. Especially recommended for tendentially oily skin.

ZINC SULFATE. Zinc sulfate has astringent and antimicrobial properties.

SODIUM LEVULINATE. Levulinic acid from sugar cane and vegetable oils has an antimicrobial effect and blocks the growth of bacteria in the product.

SODIUM ANISATE. The sodium salt of anise acid is a natural raw material with preservative properties for the product.

SODIUM PHYTATE. Sodium phytate is a natural raw material occurring in wheat and rice bran. It is a so-called chelator and binds metals which can influence the stability of the product.

LIME (ESSENTIAL OIL). This essential oil from the lime refreshes and is known as a mood enhancer.

TEA TREE (ESSENTIAL OIL). Like lavender is valued in France as a panacea, tea tree oil is the all-rounder for the Australians. Originally the plant was mainly used to prepare tea, hence the name tea tree. The essential oil is appreciated for skin with a tendency to acne. The antibacterial effect has been confirmed in studies and it is also skin-caring.

SAGE (ESSENTIAL OIL). The Latin name salvia already contains the healing effect, because salvare means to save. Due to its estrogenic effect, it is traditionally administered for menopause symptoms. The essential oil has a stimulating and toning effect and is used for cellulite. Through its antibacterial effect it can reduce sweat odor.

THYME (ESSENTIAL OIL). Up to 45 cm high shrub plant, which grows in Central Europe, Southern Europe, Asia Minor, USA and in China. Beside the popular use in the Mediterranean kitchen, thyme is also appreciated as an anti-infectious essential oil.

CAJEPUT (ESSENTIAL OIL). Cajeput oil is an essential oil extracted from the leaves and twigs of the Melaleuca tree. This tree is native to Southeast Asia but also grows in other parts of the world, such as Australia and India. Cajeput oil has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and pain-relieving effects.

CITRIC ACID. Organic acid. Biotechnologically extracted from the juice of the lemon fruit with the help of bacteria and serves to stabilize the pH value of the product.

LIMONENE. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. Limonene is a fresh, citrus-like scent that is contained in many plants such as rosemary, lavender, lemon grass, peppermint and eucalyptus. The molecule is also the main component of the peel oil of citrus fruits.

LINALOOL. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. The fragrance is flowery-fresh and occurs in many spice plants, such as nutmeg, thyme and many more.
