WATER. Water positively supports the moisture content of the skin and is used to dissolve vegetable ingredients. The quality of the water is regularly checked for physical and microbiological values.

GYLCERINE (SUGAR ALCOHOL). Glycerin occurs in nature as a component of fats (triglycerides = glycerin with 3 fatty acids). It is a natural component of our Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) of the skin and is present as part of the storage fat in plants. Glycerin binds water and can thus promote the skin's moisture. A well moisturized skin ages more slowly and is better protected against environmental influences.

ALOE VERA. Aloe Vera is a magic plant. It acts as a cooling, soothing, and moisturizing agent, supports the skin's self-healing, and its antioxidants protect against free radicals. Additionally, Aloe Vera contains anti-inflammatory substances like salicylates and polysaccharides, and it promotes wound healing and skin regeneration.

PAPAYA EXTRACT (FRUIT). Extract of the up to 8 meter high melon tree. Has a keratolytic toning effect and smoothes small wrinkles. The gentle enzymes from the papaya (papain) have excellent peeling properties: by splitting binding proteins (= proteolysis) and the resulting desquamation of the skin, the skin's appearance is clarified and pores appear refined.

BIOTECHNOLOGICAL FERMENT. Biotechnological fermentation using yeast fungi (Saccharomyces) produces valuable postbiotic ingredients. After further processing by lysis, a complex functional ingredient with a balancing effect on the skin's microbiome is produced.

NETTLE. The nettle is a common plant with many uses. Small shoots in spring are used for cooking, the tea has a diuretic effect and the fruits are considered to be the superfood of the Alps. The stinging nettle extract, which contains firming and toning mineral salts, soothing flavonoids and antibacterial bile acid, is valued in cosmetics for its stimulating effect.

BURDOCK ROOT. Burdock root is a plant extract from the compositae family with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Its anti-fungal and sebum-regulating properties make burdock root ideal for oily and flaky skin.

COMFREY. Medicinal plant that contains allantoin and rosemary acid with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. The contained mucilages moisturize the skin and ensure a well-cared for appearance.

GLUTAMINIC ACID. Amino acid that is widely spread in nature as a building block of various proteins. In cosmetics it is used in moisturizing preparations.

GLYCINE. Non-essential amino acid that can be produced by the body itself. However, this production decreases with age. Occurs in proteins as a building block.

THREONINE. Threonine is an amino acid with conditioning properties for skin and hair. It is metabolized by the skin and serves as an essential building block for various structures in the skin and hair.

VALINE. Essential amino acid that cannot be produced by our body itself, but must be taken from an external source. As a building block, Valine is used by the skin for various structures, supporting the skin's firmness and elasticity. The skin is well cared for and kept in good condition.

CEDARWOOD (ESSENTIAL OIL). The Virginia cedar or red cedar is native to North America. The essential oil extracted from it is recommended in traditional North American medicine for decongesting the lymphatic system. The essential oil is attributed with skin-regenerating properties and is particularly valued for acne and oily skin.

TRIETHYL CITRATE. Triethyl Citrate is an active ingredient that may help reduce body odor. It works by inhibiting enzymatic processes that break down sweat and cause unpleasant smells. This allows it to support the skin’s natural balance without blocking perspiration.

CAPRYLYL GLYCOL. This derivative of a fatty acid fulfils various functions. The raw material is a moisturizer with conditioning properties on skin and hair. The skin is thus nourished and smoothed. Through antimicrobial activity, the raw material has a preservative effect on the product.

XANTHAN GUM. One of the most commonly used thickeners and emulsion stabilizers. Completely natural ingredient produced by fermentation.

BENZOIC ACID. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. Benzoic acid occurs naturally in Styrax as well as in foods such as cranberries, raspberries, plums and others. In addition to its bewitching scent, it was formerly known as a wound balm for various skin problems, such as eczema, wounds, acne, burns, scars and frostbite.

FRAGRANCE NATURAL ORIGIN. Not all cosmetic ingredients have a pleasant scent by nature, even if they are wonderful for the skin in their function. For this reason, we use scents of natural origin to create a great experience for your nose as well.

SODIUM PHYTATE. Sodium phytate is a natural raw material occurring in wheat and rice bran. It is a so-called chelator and binds metals which can influence the stability of the product.

DISODIUM COCOYL GLUTAMATE (SURFACTANT). Herbal, mild washing-active substance from fatty acids of coconut fat and amino acids obtained from fermented sugar. Contributes to a uniform distribution during application.

SODIUM COCOYL GLUTAMATE (SURFACTANT). Sodium cocoyl glutamate is a mild surfactant of natural origin with good foaming properties, skin and hair are gently washed.

SODIUM HYDROXIDE. Sodium hydroxide is used to regulate the ph-value of the product so that the pH-value of the product is between 5 and 5.5, in order to respect the natural acid mantle of the skin.

CITRONELLOL. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. It has a flowery scent and occurs, among others, in the essential oils of rose and lemongrass.
