JOJOBA OIL. Jojoba is a drought-resistant, evergreen shrub that is native to the deserts of Mexico and the southern regions of the USA. Chemically speaking, the raw material is a liquid wax. In contrast to oils, where fatty acids together with glycerin form the fatty components, waxes contain fatty acids combined with a fatty alcohol. These wax esters are very similar to human skin sebum and are therefore optimally mixed with it, creating a delicate, non-sealing lipid film. This keeps the skin moist without sealing it. A further effect is the increase of the skin's elasticity, as the jojoba oil spreads well within the cornea. The raw material is also ideal for impure skin. The jojoba oil is a true all-rounder.

MACADAMIA OIL. Macadamia oil derives from the nuts of the tree that originally grew in Australia. Due to the similarity of the fatty acid spectrum to human sebum, the oil is particularly good for dry, chapped and sensitive skin.

SQUALANE (LIPID). Saturated, liquid hydrocarbon, which occurs as a natural component of the hydro-lipid film on the skin. Squalane is mainly extracted from olive oil, but also from other vegetable oils. Squalane is characterized by its good spreading ability and promotes the absorption of a cosmetic product, leaving a soft and silky skin feeling without being greasy.

ARGAN OIL. The "liquid gold of Morocco" contains 80% unsaturated fatty acids as well as the antioxidant vitamin E and phenols. The linoleic acid contained in argan oil acts as natural cell protection and can support the restoration of new skin cells. In addition, it is said to improve the elasticity of the skin and to have a moisturizing effect on skin and hair.

C15-19 ALKANE (EMOLLIENT). This emmolient, which is obtained from oil-containing plants, contains carbon chains (=alkane) with a length of 15-19 atoms. It is a raw material of natural origin and a natural alternative to silicones. It absorbs quickly and leaves a smooth skin feel.

BAOBAB. The Baobab is a unique tree native to Africa. It is the largest succulent tree in the world and almost all of its plant components are traditionally used for medicinal purposes in Africa. The seed oil is rich in skin-friendly ingredients: it contains skin-regenerating vitamin A, antioxidant vitamin E and vitamin D3, which promotes calcium absorption. It is also rich in nourishing fatty acids.

COCO-CAPRYLATE (EMOLLIENT). A fast-spreading, refatting emollient of natural origin that leaves the skin feeling silky smooth and soft.

ROSE HIP KERNEL OIL. Wild rose oil is extracted from the kernels of rose hips and has a high content of alpha-linolenic acid and transretinoic acid, a precursor of vitamin A, which supports collagen formation. Due to its valued effect for skin regeneration, it is used especially for dry, flaky skin. Wild rose oil is also used to care for mature and inflammatory skin.

LEMON SEED OIL. A vegetable oil obtained from the cold pressing of lemon seeds. Due to the fatty acids it contains, it is a light oil that strengthens skin and connective tissue, especially suitable for sensitive or mature skin. Due to its pore-narrowing effect, it can improve the appearance of combination skin. The lemon seed oil has a tightening effect and supports the skin regeneration.

ORANGE SEED OIL. The oil from the orange seeds proceeds parallel to the extraction of orange juice. This oil is characterized by a high proportion of skin-like lipids. The skin is nourished and the barrier function is supported. Secondary ingredients as well as citrus-like fragrances give the oil a conditioning and activating effect.

MEDIUM-CHAIN TRIGLYCERIDES. Vegetable neutral oil from coconut oil and glycerine with refatting, moisturizing and smoothing properties. Clear, odorless and non-greasy.

EVENING PRIMROSE OIL. Plant-based oil from the seeds of the evening primrose. Particularly precious oil due to its high content of gamma-linolenic acid. Ideal for the care of neurodermitic skin.

SAFFLOWER OIL. As the name suggests, this plant has been used to dye fabrics since ancient Egypt. The oil is characterized by a high content of linoleic acid, it is not film-forming and provides lasting care for the skin. The barrier function is supported and the skin appears well moisturized, elastic and flexible.

SEA BUCKTHORN OIL . Oil obtained from the flesh containing the seeds of the sea buckthorn berry. This miracle oil contains palmitoleic acid, tocopherols and carotenoids, which are important for the physiology of the skin. It is especially suitable for mature and blemished skin, as it stimulates the skin's own metabolic processes and the new formation of cells.

LAMINARIA (KELP/BROWN SEAWEED). This brown alga is native to coastal areas and contains a variety of effective ingredients. Antioxidants support skin regeneration, vitamins and minerals provide a reservoir of nutrients for the skin. The skin is nourished and calmed, and moisture retention is supported.

PARACRESS / JAMBÚ / PHYTO-BOTOX. South American plant rich in spilanthol. As a natural botox (Phyto-Botox), spilanthol has a muscle-relaxing and skin-tightening effect even at low concentrations.

ASTRAGALUS. Chinese medicinal herb traditionally used to strengthen the "Qi" (life force). Strong antioxidant, which acts like a rejuvenation cure for our cells. Booster and anti-aging effect.

UBIQUINONE / COENZYME Q10. Ubiquinone is an endogenous substance that occurs in all cells of the body. In the role of a co-enzyme, it supports other enzymes in converting food into energy. In addition to the support of energy supply, Ubiquinone is also considered an antioxidant and so prevents the destruction of cell structures by free radicals. By blocking a degradation enzyme, the breakdown of collagen is prevented and the skin remains elastic. These coupled functions make Ubiquinone a high-tech ingridient for mature skin by supporting skin health on multiple levels.

ROSEMARY (LEAVES). Extract of rosemary. The main functional ingredient is rosemary acid, a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties.

SUNFLOWER OIL. Oil from the sunflower seeds, its name comes from its ability to turn its flower head towards the sun. Due to its high content of linoleic acid, it is a light, non-sticky and caring oil. The contained vitamin E has an antioxidant effect.

PROVENCE ROSE (ESSENTIAL OIL). Besides its beauty and intensity of scent, the rose is also highly valued for its healing properties. It is one of the most expensive essential oils and is obtained through the complex process of enfleurage. Distillation produces 1 drop of essential oil out of 30 roses. The skin receives an extraordinary care and the psyche is gently enveloped by the scent.

ROSE GERANIUM (ESSENTIAL OIL). This rose-scented essential oil is appreciated for its skin-caring and epithelizing effect on irritated and acneic skin. The flowery note has a balancing and relaxing effect.
