Reviews

Every review you read on teamdrjoseph.com comes from a customer who has purchased a product from us, ensuring a direct link between the purchase and the provided review. After submission, each review undergoes an assessment by our team to filter out potential spam or inappropriate content. Only after this vetting process is the review made visible to other customers.

Our system is designed in a way that prevents us from altering or manipulating reviews. The information and opinions you read come directly and unchanged from the customers themselves. We are committed to transparency and authenticity, ensuring our customers receive trustworthy and honest feedback on our products.

Whistle Blowing

In accordance with the requirements of GvD March 10, 2023, No. 24, an internal reporting system has been set up for the confidential reporting of possible violations of national or European law or internal company rules. As a company, it is very important to us that everyone plays an active role in improving our processes and activities. Everyone should have the opportunity to contact an independent body, even confidentially. We have created this possibility with the TrustWhistle platform.

To the platform

In addition, every employee has the opportunity to make such a report verbally. The office responsible for this is Mr. Stephan Kerschbaumer, President of the supervisory body, who can be contacted at dpo@ifkconsulting.com. Once a request has been made, you will be given the opportunity to submit the report orally within five working days. Each report will be assessed by an independent body and further investigations will be initiated. The confidentiality of the reports must be maintained and the identity of the reporter protected. Within three months, you will be informed of the results of the assessment and any investigations in writing or verbally – in any case confidentially. Examples of reports are

– Suspicion of criminal offenses by executives and exponents of the company
– Suspicion of serious violations of tax legislation within the company
– Continuous violation of company regulations or breaches of the Code of Ethics
– Instructions from superiors that violate internal rules or laws
– Continuous violations of occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
– Conflict of interest
– corruption
– Theft
– Falsification of documents
– Safety in the workplace
– Protection of the environment
– Protection of personal data
– Security of networks and information systems
