Grapefruit is a subtropical citrus fruit with slightly bitter, red flesh. It is a hybrid of the pomelo and sweet orange. The citrus tree can grow up to ten meters high and thrives in the Mediterranean region. With its fresh, tangy, and bright scent, the essential oil has an uplifting effect and promotes mental clarity. By pressing approximately 200–300 kg of peels, one liter of oil is obtained. Ideal for a sauna infusion.
