Joint Relief Balm

SOYBEAN GLYCERIDES (EMOLLIENT). Ingredient based on soybeans with emulsifying properties, ensures smooth and supple skin.

OLIVE OIL DERIVATE. The ingredient comes from olive oil to provide special fatty acids to the skin. The skin is nourished and the barrier function is supported. Leaves a velvety skin feeling.

SHEA BUTTER UNSAPONIFIABLES. Shea butter derives from the nut of the shea tree, is rich in antioxidants and is considered to be particularly nutritious and protective due to the contained fatty acids, resulting in velvety soft skin. Its high content of vitamin E, carotenoids and allantoin gives it smoothing properties and makes it particularly beneficial for stressed skin. The unsaponifiable fraction provides a concentration of secondary ingredients.

MYRICA (WAX). To protect the fruits from environmental influences, the plant coats them with a wax layer. Myrica wax supports this effect on the skin as well, without leaving a sticky residue. The wax has a melting point similar to beeswax and acts as a co-emulsifier in products.

CASTOR OIL. Castor oil is a botanical oil extracted from the seeds of the Ricinus communis plant. It penetrates deep into the skin's layers, creating a healthy barrier that protects and nourishes the skin. Castor oil also acts as an emollient, leaving skin soft and smooth.

OLIVE OIL UNSAPONIFIABLES. The unsaponifiables of olive oil contains many secondary ingredients, such as vitamins and lecithins. The skin is nourished and the barrier function is supported. Leaves a velvety skin feeling.

JUNIPER (BERRIES). Essential oil from the juniper berries. In folk medicine, juniper is valued for its antiseptic, warming and digestive properties. The circulation is stimulated and purification is promoted.

SESAME OIL. Sesame oil has a long tradition in Ayurvedic medicine and is used for Ayurvedic massages and detoxification treatments. It easily penetrates the skin and is a good carrier oil for the introduction of functional ingredients into the skin.

JOJOBA OIL. Jojoba is a drought-resistant, evergreen shrub that is native to the deserts of Mexico and the southern regions of the USA. Chemically speaking, the raw material is a liquid wax. In contrast to oils, where fatty acids together with glycerin form the fatty components, waxes contain fatty acids combined with a fatty alcohol. These wax esters are very similar to human skin sebum and are therefore optimally mixed with it, creating a delicate, non-sealing lipid film. This keeps the skin moist without sealing it. A further effect is the increase of the skin's elasticity, as the jojoba oil spreads well within the cornea. The raw material is also ideal for impure skin. The jojoba oil is a true all-rounder.

SUNFLOWER SEED WAX. The wax protects the seeds from the external environmental conditions. In the product, the wax has a consistency-giving function; applied to the skin, the wax protects and supports the skin's barrier function.

BERRY WAX. This wax is extracted from the fruit peel of the sumac tree. It has a consistency-giving and refatting effect in cosmetics. It is very light and has only little film-forming properties.

LECITHIN. Lecithins are natural building blocks of cell membranes. They are characterized by a wide range of functions and serve as active ingredients, nourishing and replenishing lipids, as well as skin-analogous emulsifiers. When applied to the skin, they are restructured by the body's own enzymes and used as building blocks for ceramides and cell membranes. A very important function is the promotion of the penetration depth of active ingredients.

ROSE HIP KERNEL OIL. Wild rose oil is extracted from the kernels of rose hips and has a high content of alpha-linolenic acid and transretinoic acid, a precursor of vitamin A, which supports collagen formation. Due to its valued effect for skin regeneration, it is used especially for dry, flaky skin. Wild rose oil is also used to care for mature and inflammatory skin.

AVOCADO OIL. Vegetable oil from the fruit flesh of the avocado with a high content of unsaponifiables, including vitamins A, E, D and lecithin. Has an exceptional ability to penetrate the skin and to nourish different skin layers. Avocado oil can promote cell regeneration and is frequently used for dry, barrier-damaged skin.

ROSEMARY (ESSENTIAL OIL). Essential oil extracted from the leaves of rosemary. In addition to its fresh smell, the essential oil has a purifying, tonifying and stimulating effect.

LAVANDIN (ESSENTIAL OIL). Lavandin is the cross between the healing real lavender and the spike lavendel. Its cleansing effect is so significant that this is the reason for the plant's name (lat. lavare = wash). Lavandin calms and soothes.

SUNFLOWER OIL. Oil from the sunflower seeds, its name comes from its ability to turn its flower head towards the sun. Due to its high content of linoleic acid, it is a light, non-sticky and caring oil. The contained vitamin E has an antioxidant effect.

SEA BUCKTHORN OIL . Oil obtained from the flesh containing the seeds of the sea buckthorn berry. This miracle oil contains palmitoleic acid, tocopherols and carotenoids, which are important for the physiology of the skin. It is especially suitable for mature and blemished skin, as it stimulates the skin's own metabolic processes and the new formation of cells.

ASCORBYL PALMITATE (STABILISED VITAMIN C). Fat-soluble vitamin C serves as product protection to stabilize sensitive unsaturated fats, functional ingredients and essential oils. It can increase collagen production, reduce hyperpigmentation and is also said to have a smoothing effect and prevent skin aging. By stabilizing it, it can fulfill its function as a regenerating agent in deeper layers of the skin.

TOCOPHEROL. Vitamin E is the most important fat-soluble antioxidant and is found in many plant-based oils as a protection against oxidation. By intercepting the harmful free radicals, tocopherol prevents the oxidation of the lipids in the product as well as those of the skin's membrane lipids. Wound healing can be positively supported and the skin appears smooth and healthy.

LEMON (ESSENTIAL OIL). Essential oil from the lemon peel. Known for its refreshing and purifying power.

ROSEMARY (LEAVES). Extract of rosemary. The main functional ingredient is rosemary acid, a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties.

CITRIC ACID. Organic acid. Biotechnologically extracted from the juice of the lemon fruit with the help of bacteria and serves to stabilize the pH value of the product.

The molecule is also the main component of the peel oil of citrus fruits.

CITRAL. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. Smells like lemon and occurs in citrus fruits and basil.

LINALOOL. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. The fragrance is flowery-fresh and occurs in many spice plants, such as nutmeg, thyme and many more.

GERANIOL. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. Geraniol smells gently of rose and is present in roses, lemon and many other essential oils.
