Replenishing Hair Wash

WATER. Water positively supports the moisture content of the skin and is used to dissolve vegetable ingredients. The quality of the water is regularly checked for physical and microbiological values.

LEMON BALM HYDROLATE. Melissa hydrosol is obtained through steam distillation of the stems, leaves, and flowers of the plant. The plant is known for its soothing and refreshing properties and is often used in skincare products to calm and refresh the skin.

COCO GLUCOSIDE (SURFACTANT). These cleansing substances come from coconut butter and sugar. They mildly cleanse and have a good foaming effect.

SODIUM COCO-SULFATE (SURFACTANT). Sodium cocosulfate is a mild surfactant, which ensures good cleaning with good foam formation.

SODIUM CHLORIDE. Sodium chloride is also known as common salt. It ensures a pleasant texture and comfortable application of the product.

GLUCONOLACTONE. Gluconolactone is obtained from gluconic acid, which occurs naturally in numerous fruits and wine. This ingredient has preservative properties for the product. When applied to the skin, it supports the cleansing and care of skin and hair.

ERYTHRITOL (SUGAR ALCOHOL). Is obtained from the reduction of sugar and binds moisture in the skin.

(BIOTECHNOLOGICAL) HYALURONIC ACID. Biotechnologically derived hyaluronic acid is a natural polysaccharide found in the extracellular matrix of the skin, where it serves as a moisture reservoir. Our hyaluronic acid is obtained through fermentation. Its effects vary depending on the molecular weight: high molecular weight hyaluronic acid hydrates the skin's surface, while medium and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid penetrate the upper layers of the epidermis to bind moisture and improve skin structure. This helps to smooth wrinkles and promote a fresh, firm, and radiant complexion.

ALOE VERA. Aloe Vera is a magic plant. It acts as a cooling, soothing, and moisturizing agent, supports the skin's self-healing, and its antioxidants protect against free radicals. Additionally, Aloe Vera contains anti-inflammatory substances like salicylates and polysaccharides, and it promotes wound healing and skin regeneration.

RICE SEED EXTRACT. Is an ingredient in cosmetic products that is derived from the seeds of the rice plant. It is often used in moisturizing and brightening products as it hydrates the skin and improves the appearance of dark spots and discolorations.

GINKGO. Ginkgo is the holy tree in Asia, some specimens even survived the nuclear attacks in World War II. Regarding evolution, the ginkgo is the example of the intermediate step from coniferous to deciduous trees, the leaf is technically a fanned out needle. The leaves contain valuable antioxidants. In folk medicine, ginkgo is valued for its blood circulation-promoting effect.

ALMOND PROTEINS. A hydrolyzed, water-soluble protein derived from sweet almonds. It conditions the hair, improves combability, and provides the hair with proteins after cleansing. It also promotes skin firmness.

BIOTECHNOLOGICAL FERMENT. Biotechnological fermentation using yeast fungi (Saccharomyces) produces valuable postbiotic ingredients. After further processing by lysis, a complex functional ingredient with a balancing effect on the skin's microbiome is produced.

GYLCERINE (SUGAR ALCOHOL). Glycerin occurs in nature as a component of fats (triglycerides = glycerin with 3 fatty acids). It is a natural component of our Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) of the skin and is present as part of the storage fat in plants. Glycerin binds water and can thus promote the skin's moisture. A well moisturized skin ages more slowly and is better protected against environmental influences.

GLYCERYL OLEATE (SURFACTANT). Surfactant of natural origin that gently cleanses hair and skin. At the same time, the moisturization of the cleansed areas is guaranteed.

BERGAMOTTE (ESSENTIAL OIL). Essential oil from the skin of the bergamot. Known for its stimulating, antidepressant and blood circulation-promoting effects. Common head note in perfumes.

LAVANDIN (ESSENTIAL OIL). Lavandin is the cross between the healing real lavender and the spike lavendel. Its cleansing effect is so significant that this is the reason for the plant's name (lat. lavare = wash). Lavandin calms and soothes.

ATLAS CEDAR (ESSENTIAL OIL). Essential oil of the Atlas cedar, which can reach a height of up to 40 meters. It is known for its astringent, blood circulation-promoting, antiseborrhoeic, antiseptic and calming (nerves) properties. Woody-warm, balsamic fragrance with a delicate tangy note.

FENNEL (ESSENTIAL OIL). The fennel fruits are known mainly for their calming properties in tea form. The essential oil has a calming effect and is highly valued for its draining function in the treatment of cellulite.

PEPPERMINT (ESSENTIAL OIL). Peppermint essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of freshly harvested, flowering branches. Its main constituent is menthol. It is traditionally used as an inhaler for colds and coughs. Similar to field mint, it can promote epithelialization. In traditional folk medicine, the essential oil is recommended for headaches and smooth muscle tension.

TOCOPHEROL. Vitamin E is the most important fat-soluble antioxidant and is found in many plant-based oils as a protection against oxidation. By intercepting the harmful free radicals, tocopherol prevents the oxidation of the lipids in the product as well as those of the skin's membrane lipids. Wound healing can be positively supported and the skin appears smooth and healthy.

CITRIC ACID. Organic acid. Biotechnologically extracted from the juice of the lemon fruit with the help of bacteria and serves to stabilize the pH value of the product.

PALM GLYCERIDES. A blend of citric acid esters with glycerides derived from hydrogenated palm oil that helps improve the solubility of lipophilic substances in aqueous environments.

CALCIUM GLUCONATE. Calcium is a mineral that naturally appears in the human body and is involved in many processes. Calcium has a soothing and caring effect on the skin.

POTASSIUM SORBATE. Potassium salt of sorbic acid. Water-soluble, nature-identical preservative produced in laboratory.

SODIUM BENZOATE. Water-soluble preservative for cosmetic preparations. Benzoic acid occurs naturally in blueberries and cranberries. This ingredient has a growth-inhibiting effect on yeasts and fungi and protects the product against them.

BENZYL ALCOHOL. Benzyl alcohol is an ingredient used in cosmetics as a preservative to extend their shelf life. It naturally occurs in fruits and teas but can also be synthetically produced. Regardless of its origin, in small amounts (up to 1%), benzyl alcohol is a pleasant and mild preservative. To ensure a broad-spectrum effect, it must be combined with other preservatives, such as potassium sorbate.

LINALOOL. Fragrance that must be declared (information for people with a fragrance allergy) and natural component of various essential oils. The fragrance is flowery-fresh and occurs in many spice plants, such as nutmeg, thyme and many more.
