How to use

This high-quality sport massage oil with arnica is the ideal massage oil for all sports massages and health-promoting treatments: We use approx. 10-30ml massage oil (partial & whole body massages), heat it as desired, apply it to the body and massage. Due to the skin care properties, the massage oil can be left on the body after the treatment. In order to respond to the different needs of the customers, this oil can be refined with our active synergies and oily extracts. The following are the recipes:
- Sports massage: 10-30ml Sport Massage Oil Arnica Montana / 6-12 drops Active Synergy SPORT RELAX / approx. 3-6ml SAINT JOHN's WORT
- back massage with tense tension: approx. 10ml Sport Massage Oil Arnica Montana / 6 drops Active Synergy DOLORES / ca. 3 ml SAINT JOHN's WORT
- Health Massage: 10-30ml Sport Massage Oil Arnica Montana
