How to use

The coconut fat is mainly used for Ayurvedic treatments. Especially in the warm season, a small amount of approx. 5-10g can be added to the massage oil to obtain a slightly cooling effect. It is also possible to apply this fat directly to the body. Due to its very characteristic scent of fresh coconut, this oil is particularly suitable for Far Eastern applications. We recommend to warm the coconut oil before the treatment. (Coconat oil is solid at room temperature and liquefies at approx. 23-26 ° C.)
