The puncturing stones can also be used excellently for muscle hardening in order to loosen the tissue. Due to the elongated shape and the recessed grip, the puncturing stone lies particularly well in the hand. Both sides of the puncturing stones can be used for massage. Weight approx. 60 grams each.
